Who offers Hermacles

Hermacles is offered by Gear 5 Agentic AI Solutions ("we", "us"), Cancún, Quintana Roo, México (https://gear-5.com). Contact: contacto@gear-5.com.

By creating an account you accept these terms, confirm that you have read the Privacy policy, and confirm that you are 18 or older.

The beta

Hermacles is a free, invitation-only test version. It may change, break or end at any time.

There is no charge. Any subscription screen in the beta is a test of interest only: no payment is taken and no payment details are requested.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and use your own data. One account per person; do not share your access.

Not medical advice

Coaching content is general training guidance generated from your data. It is not medical advice. Stop training and seek medical help if you feel unwell, and consult a doctor before changing your training if you have a health condition.

You decide whether to follow a suggestion, and you are responsible for training safely.

AI-generated coaching (Anthropic)

If you give the separate AI consent, coach replies are written with the Claude model provided by Anthropic, PBC (United States), the company behind the Claude model. A summary of your relevant data and your question is processed by Anthropic as described in the Privacy policy ("How the AI coach works"), including its retention period.

AI-written text can be wrong or incomplete. Training numbers come from Hermacles' own calculations, and the AI only explains them. Do not rely on the coach for medical decisions.

You must not use the coach in ways prohibited by Anthropic's Usage Policy. The coach answers only questions about training and recovery. Without AI consent the coach still works, using built-in templates.

Devices and connected services

Workouts are sent to a device only after you confirm them; during the beta, sending workouts to Garmin devices is turned off in production. Connected services (for example Garmin Connect or Oura) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.

Your data and acceptable use

Your data remains yours. You allow us to process it only as described in the Privacy policy, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Do not attack, overload or probe the service, try to access other people's data, upload data about someone else, or try to make the coach do things unrelated to training.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close beta accounts that break these terms, or close the beta, after notice when possible.

No warranty and liability

The beta is free and provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To that same extent we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the coaching. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, unless the law of the place where you live gives you the right to use its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top identify the current text. If a change affects your consent to data processing, the app asks you again before it continues.
